It's the moment we've all been waiting for: SUMMER! #TBT to early April when it was still snowy and cold. Now that the weather's all warm and the sun's all shining, it's time to get to planning for summertime fun! No more hibernating on the couch with bae and watching Netflix all day. It's time to actually go outside and do stuff. Check out all these places to take your S/O this summer:

1. Admire art together at the Luminato Festival.

For all you artsy couples, check out the Luminato Festival happening June 10th to 26th. It's in its 10th year, so it's going to be absolutely amazing. There are both free and ticketed events. For a full list, check out the schedule on their website.

2. Get cheesy at the Mac and Cheese Festival.

Did you get a chance to go to the Mac and Cheese Festival last year? It's happening for the second time ever this summer at the previously abandoned Ontario Place. Admission is free, but they're also offering VIP tickets for a better experience. Click here for more info.

3. Take them out to the ball game.

Whether your S/O is a Jays fan or not, they'll certainly enjoy the great atmosphere (and the great company).

4. Take them on a Heli Tour at Billy Bishop.

Sweep your S/O off their feet... 2,000 feet high. Is your anniversary coming up? Do you just want to surprise them with an amazing gift? Take your boo on a romantic Heli Tour and get a whole new view of TO.

5. Feast together at Taste of Toronto.

Are you and your S/O major foodies? Be sure to grab your tickets for Taste of Toronto, happening June 23rd to 26th. Fill your bellies up with all the food you can, because you haven't lived the Taste of Toronto experience 'til you've both got food babies.

6. Take them to listen to live jazz at the TD Jazz Festival.

Does your S/O enjoy jazz music? Take them to a show at the TD Jazz Festival to enjoy some live jazz music. This year is actually the festival's 30th anniversary, so it's going to be extra special. Visit the festival June 24th to July 3rd.

7. Scream your hearts out at Canada’s Wonderland.

#Throwback to when we all bought season passes with our friends and spent our entire summers at Wonderland. Take bae back to the old days and spend a day going on rides, crying about going on rides, and eating funnel cake! Wonderland opens May 1st this summer.

8. Dive into the sky together at Skydive Toronto.

Take a line from Leo: You jump, I jump. If you're both adrenaline junkies, try something new and fly through the skies.

9. Take them to see Canada Day fireworks at the Beaches.

Spend the day at the beach and spend the night watching the fireworks under the stars. So sweet, so romantic.

10. Watch the Pride Parade together.

Celebrate all kinds of love with your love. The Pride Parade is happening July 3rd. This year, Pride Toronto is actually celebrating the first ever Pride Month, so be sure to check out all their other events as well.

11. Take them to Caribana.

It's the most lively event of the summer: also known as the Toronto Caribbean Festival, this annual three-week-long celebration is happening July 5th to August 7th. There are a bunch of awesome events happening at Caribana this year, including the Grand Parade. Get into the spirit and get to partying at Caribana with bae.

12. Take them to Canoe for Summerlicious.

Give them a stunning view of both the skyline and you. On a regular day, Canoe is hella expensive, but with prix fixe menus, it's totally worth visiting. Summerlicious is happening July 8th to 24th this year. Be sure to ask for seats with a view of the CN Tower!

13. Drink beer together at Toronto’s Festival of Beer.

Do you both love beer and live music? Grab a pair of tickets for Toronto’s Festival of Beer, happening July 22nd to 24th at Sherbourne Common Park.

17. Take them on a picnic on the Toronto Islands.

Take the ferry over to the Islands and enjoy the sun with a picnic on the beach with bae. If the sun doesn't tire you out throughout the day, stay and watch the sunset over the skyline. Here are other places you can go on a picnic if the Islands don't float your boat.

18. Take them to a summer music festival.

The best part about summer is ~festival season~! From Field Trip to Digital Dreams to WayHome, there are tons of music festivals happening in Toronto this summer. And couples who go to music festivals together stay together. ?

19. Take them to the Taste of Danforth.

Indulge yourselves in delicious Greek eats at Taste of Danforth. It's happening August 5th to 7th this summer.

20. Take them to the Canadian National Exhibition.

What's a summer without taking your S/O to the CNE? Get a gorgeous view of the skyline on the Ferris Wheel and try your hardest to win a giant Minion plushie from one of the carnival games. Pay a visit to the CNE August 19th to September 5th.

21. Take them to a romantic castle.

Make them feel like a king/queen and take them to Casa Loma. If you're both more of the adventurous types, try the escape room series.

22. Take them to see amazing buskers at Scotiabank Buskerfest.

Prepare yourself and your S/O to be amazed. From August 25th to 28th, check out hundreds of awesome street performers all in the heart of Downtown Yonge. Admission is a donation towards Epilepsy Toronto.

23. Cosplay together at Fan Expo.

Are either of you part of any fandoms? Go to Fan Expo and be super adorable and cosplay together. Meet your favourite actors, voice actors, and artists, and shop everything fandom and more. It's happening September 1st to 4th this year.

24. Take them to the Docks Drive-In Theatre.

Instead of watching a movie at a regular theatre, why not go to the drive-in instead? Bring a blanket and some snacks, cuddle up, and enjoy the movie under the stars.

25. Get all dressed up and take them to Fring's.

Get your fix of great food in the 6ix at Drake and Susur Lee's restaurant. Be sure to book reservations ahead and ask for the fuzzy seats to give your S/O the best experience.
