31 Events You Need To Attend This Pride Month In Toronto
The gayest month EVER.

With Trans and Pride Flags flying high, Toronto's first ever Pride Month is officially here. Culminating in a 10-day festival June 24th - July 3rd our city will host a plethora of LGBTQ events that aim to inspire, educate, include, and entertain. Whether it's public mean girls screenings, show tunes karaoke, pool parties, drag shows, concerts or club events, Pride Month has a little something for everyone.
1. First Thursday at the AGO: Pride Month Launch Party @ AGO // June 2nd
Toronto-based artist, filmmaker, writer and photographer Bruce LaBruce curates 4 queer performances aimed at challenging representations of sexuality, gender and identity. Gio Black Peter rounds out the night as "Special DJ and Minister in Charge of Insane Party Atmosphere."
2. Human Rights Panels @ The 519 // June 7th - June 29th
Discussing LGBTQ Rights, Queer Politics, Feminism, Race, Gender and more, Pride Toronto hosts several panels and discussions aimed at educating, raising awareness, and provoking thought.
3.Second City Show Tunes Karaoke! @ Second City // June 15th
Show Tunes Karaoke hosted by Second City is a night full of broadway standards and new classics, join the Acting Up Stage Company and Theatre 20 for an interactive show tunes extravaganza!
4. Club Babylon @ Fly 2.0 // June 17th
Queer as Folk's fictional nightclub comes to life, hosted by actor Randy Harrison, and tunes by Harris Allan (James “Hunter” Montgomery in QAF), fans of the show and party people alike are guaranteed a night to remember.
5. Gay Day @ Wonderland // June 18th
Pride Toronto partners with PFLAG Canada for the 8th annual Gay Day, at Canadas Wonderland. A buffet barbeque dinner and concert, featuring DJ Lady Coleco and hosted by the one and only Deb Pearce, are included in the price of admission for a family friendly, queer focused, thrill seekers’ delight.
6. XLSIOR Party @ Sugar Beach // June 19th
XLSIOR and Pride Toronto co-host their very own version of the legendary Mykonos Sex on the Beach party. Taking full advantage of our gorgeous urban beach, headliners Felipe Lira, Eddie Martinez and Toronto’s own Jeremy Khamkeo are sure to put on an unforgettable show.
7. Mean Girls: On Wednesdays We Wear Pink! @ Harbourfront Centre Concert Stage // June 22nd
You can, in fact, sit with us. Pride Toronto, Harbourfront Centre and TIFF proudly present a free outdoor and online screening of Mean Girls, so grab your friends and enjoy an adorable movie night under the stars at the Pier.
8. Pink Flamenco! @ Harbourfront Centre Boulevard Tent // June 23rd
Ever wanted to dance the Flamenco? Now's your chance. Harbourfront Centre’s summer-long Dancing on the Pier series begins with an entirely hands-on instructional event complete with Queer-friendly Flamenco pros to coach you through every step.
9. Nuit Rose Light Parade @ Norman Jewison Park // June 25th
Nuit Rose, Toronto’s annual queer art and performance festival, returns for its third year. Wear or carry a light-emitting object and come walk in the Parade! Enjoy free lantern making workshops and provocative cutting-edge art.
10. A Night At The AQUEERium // June 26th
Australian DJ Kitty Glitter spins the tunes all night long for an evening of music, drinks and aquatic animals. Your ofishal deep-sea adventure awaits at Ripley’s Aquarium.
11. AIDS Candlelight Vigil @ Barbara Hall Park // June 28th
On June 28th we gather in solidarity at Barbara Hall Park to remember the fighters, the advocates, the supporters, the caregivers, the researchers, the ones who have passed away and those who live on in grief’s wake. Take a moment during your pride festivities to honour, remember, and raise awareness.
12. Cabana Pool Party @ Cabana // June 29th
Hosted by the impossibly stunning Noami Smalls of Ru Pauls Drage Race Season 8, enjoy the summer sun, breathtaking views of the skyline and copious amounts of drinks poolside at Toronto's premiere Pool Bar.
13. Starry Night @ Barbara Hall Park // June 30th
This Greenspace Festival finale weekend kickoff includes cocktails, cabaret performances, and drag shows by world-class queens Kim Chi, Adora, Rita Baga, Tynomi Banks, Brooke Lynn Hytes and Sofonda Cox.
14. Bootcamp @ Fly 2.0 // June 30th
Bootcamp is the official kick-off of Toronto's Prism Festival, North America’s largest gay circuit music festival, spanning five events with over 15,000 attendees. Military inspired attire, DJ GSP, DJ Tiago Vibe, DJ Mark Falco.
15. Made in Canada @ OLG Centre Stage // July 1st
Featuring local queer Canadian talent Yes Yes Y’all, Diego Armand, Frustra, Chiclet and Craig Dominic, and hosted by Hamilton Elliott, Made in Canada is a celebration of Canadian queer excellence.
16. Circuit Main Event @ The New Sound Academy // July 1st
Prism Festivals pièce de résistance, Main Event, hosted at the New Sound Academy is an event not to be missed. With headliners Taito Tikaro, Renato Cecin, and Alex Acosta and special performances by Sofonda Cox, you'll be dancing till dawn.
17. StreetFair @ Church & Wellesley Village // July 1st - 3rd
The village's annual community fair is the place to be during Pride's finale weekend. With the streets bustling and entertainment at every corner, enjoy local products, scrumptious food, and dazzling live.
18. Clean, Sober and Proud @ Paul Kane Parkette // July 1st - 3rd
Stop by this dedicated drug- and alcohol-free space to enjoy fantastic entertainment in a family-friendly environment. Festivities include live performances, discussions, daily programming and confidential 12-step recovery meetings.
19. Trans Space @ Church & Isabella Streets // July 1st - 3rd

21. Fruit Loopz @ Fido Quad // July 2nd
This year, Fruit Loopz calls the Ryerson Quad home for an afternoon of unique and powerful performances by our next generation of queer and trans youth musicians, singers, dancers, spoken word artists, poets and live bands. Featuring Youth Ambassador Jordan Samuels, Fruit Loopz promotes inclusion and highlights the narratives of our youth from all walks of life.
22. Aqua @ Sunnyside Pavillion // July 2nd
Soak up the sun, drink in hand, lakeside at Sunnyside Pavillion with performances by DJ Grind, Dani Toro and Dan Slater for a day of sweat and fun.
23. Drag ON! @ Molson Canadian Stage // July 2nd
Yonge and Dundas Square serves up the largest Drag Stage performances EVER, featuring Bianca Del Rio, Derrick Barry and Lady Bunny.
