Today is Election Day!\nA day where we can exercise our institutional right as Canadians to vote, a right that people all over the world wish to have and are willing to fight for.\nBut what's the point of voting right? In the grand scheme of things who really cares if you vote? There are plenty of other people who will vote so it doesn't really concern you. I mean 61% of Canadians between the ages of 18-24 don't vote anyways, so why should you? And besides you have plenty of other just as important things to do today... for example:\n1. Listen to every Drake song. EVER...\n...because Drake is the only government you believe in.\n2. Hit up some escape games...\n...because you're clearly a pro at losing touch with reality.\n3. Attend Mayor Ford's stag party...\n...because that's more important than any political party.\n4. Pay your respects to #DeadRacoonTO...\n...because you definitely give more fucks about roadkill and then you do about politics.\n5. Ride around and visit every TTC station...\n...because similar to the future of this country, you don't really care where it ends up.\n6.Plan the 2015 Maple Leafs Stanley cup parade route...\n...because you believe in miracles rather than educated facts.\n7. Go buy an entirely new summer wardrobe at the Eaton's Centre...\n...Because clearly you are living in the past and not prepared for the future.\n8. Cheer for the Kansas City Royals...\n...because you're clearly delusional.\nRegardless of why you decide not to vote, just remember: You're basically forfeiting your right to complain about anything ever again...So do yourself a favour: GO VOTE!
