If you could use a big dose of puppy cuddles in your life, you won't want to miss this opportunity. In Ontario, you can volunteer to raise a puppy for future service dogs in training.
National Service Dogs (NSD) is looking for five to 10 puppy raisers starting in February 2021 — no experience needed!

This is a really special opportunity for puppy lovers.

Selected volunteers will raise puppies until they are 14 to 16 months old and ready to start their service dog training.
Applicants must live within 45 minutes of NSD's office in Cambridge, Ontario.
You will also be required to attend mandatory puppy raising and obedience classes with your furry friend and transport them to any appointments necessary.
NSD says puppy raiser spots fill up fast, so if you want to sign up, don't wait long.
