There's going to be a real starry night in the 6ix this summer. The world’s first-ever drive-in Van Gogh art exhibit is coming to Toronto in June and tickets just went on sale. I don’t know about you, but we already can’t wait to Van Gogh and see it for ourselves! The Immersive art experience will be available for a special drive-in preview from June 18-28 and will showcase many of the artist’s most famous paintings. To attend the show you simply need to head up the ramp at the Toronto Star building on Yonge Street and drive into the gallery. Here, you can turn off your engine and enjoy the works from your car for 35 minutes. According to a post on the exhibit's Instagram, those who partake in this drive-through art show will also be able to return for the walk-through exhibit starting in July. With 600,000 cubic feet of breathtaking projections, this is going to be an experience you won’t want to miss. “The exhibition is custom designed to the historic space that housed the Toronto Star’s printing presses at 1 Yonge Street — transforming the industrial into the magical,” reads a blurb on the exhibit’s website. It’s time to paint the town!
