You Can Get Lost In This Golden Ontario Maze With Towering Sunflowers
They just reopened and there's so much on offer!
Sunshine and feeling fine. You can get lost in an endless maze of yellow blooms at this charming sunflower farm near Toronto. Starting Saturday, August 1,will be open for business once again, and they’ve got so much more than towering flowers on offer.
Known for their elaborately designed 20-acre corn maze, this little gem in Dundas, Ontario also has a five-acre sunflower maze with blooms that will make even your tall friend feel short.
The flower maze might not be as challenging to navigate as the cornfields, but it’s certainly a beautiful sight to take in.
This is the second year that the sunflower maze has been available, but things are a little different this time around.
Groups will be admitted into the farm one at a time. While you and your squad wait in line to be admitted, you’re asked to keep two metres of distance between groups.
Additionally, the farm asks that you try to keep the same distance while you navigate the maze.
You will not be required to wear a mask while in the maze.
According to a post on the farm’s Facebook page, they’ve been busy baking up a storm in preparation for opening day.
So if you've got a bit of a sweet tooth, you won’t be disappointed.
In addition to a wide variety of cookies, squares, scones, muffins, and tarts, there are also pies made from every fruit imaginable.
They also offer meat pies, daily doughnuts, and refreshing London ice cream, so there’s a little something for everyone.
If you have your heart set on a particular item, you can call ahead to reserve your order.
Admission will cost $15 per person, but with so much for you to enjoy here, that’s not too bad at all.
