The TD Rouge Express is gearing up for the launch of their free summer-long shuttle service to Rouge National Urban Park, a sprawling wilderness habitat and hiking destination in Scarborough.\nEvery Saturday and Sunday from June 30th to September 30th, the TD Rouge Express will be offering free pick-ups and drop-offs at two Toronto locations. The shuttles also operate on holiday weekends throughout the summer.\n@rougeparkembedded via\nRouge Urban National Park is home to over 1,700 species of plants and animals, including white tailed deer, swans, woodchucks, golden eagles, river otters and red foxes. Parks Canada staff will be present on every shuttle to conduct on-board programming and answer questions.\nThe first shuttle bus pickup point is near College TTC Station in downtown Toronto. Passengers can register for one of two departure times, 9:00 am or 11:00 am. Return times are at 12:30 pm and 4:30 pm, respectively.\n@rougeparkembedded via\nFor those that prefer not to trek into the downtown core, the second pickup point will be at the MEC North York location at 784 Sheppard Ave. East. This pickup point has tons of free parking, and is located right outside of Bessarion station on the Sheppard subway line.
