Fall is when Vancouver really cools off and comes alive and it looks like this weekend is going to be bumping. There are so many things to do in Vancouver this weekend that we guarantee your schedule will be jam-packed. Plus, now that it's fall and we're basically back to our regular constant cloud of rain, most of these events are indoors. That means you get to stay dry and have fun this weekend.

From outrageous comedy shows and breathtaking festivals to the most adorable animals in Vancouver, there's something for everyone this weekend. For movie-lovers, there are over 300 films to check out at the Vancouver International Film Festival that kicks off this weekend so you're straight-up lying if you say that there's nothing going on in the city.

One thing to keep in mind heading into the weekend is that there's a massive climate strike planned this Saturday, September 27th. If you were planning on making your voice heard, then you should make your posters now.

This is the last weekend of September so it's time to tick off everything on that bucket list that you didn't quite get to and start thinking about October and Halloween. You can even get a head start on the spooky stuff at a haunted corn maze near Vancouver.

With so much going on and so many magical places to check out this fall, there's no time for staying home. Here are seven things to do in Vancouver this weekend that you won't want to miss:
