1. The Peak of Christmas // Grouse Mountain, North Vancouver

The twinkling fairy lights will have you feel like you're skating on a dream at this 5,000 sq. ft. outdoor rink. Admission to The Butchart Gardens is required if you want to access the rink, so why not wander through their Christmas light displays while you're there.

3. Tsawwassen Springs // 5133 Springs Boulevard, Tsawwassen
This hidden gem in Metro Vancouver is a picture perfect ice rink. The Tsawwassen Springs rink is aglow with Christmas lights and a Christmas tree and overlooks water.

Cost: $10 for adults, $5 for children

4. Robson Square // 800 Robson St, Vancouver
Ice skating under the Christmas tree and lights – can it get any more cute and festive than this in Vancouver? This year you’ll even get to skate under a 50-foot Christmas tree filled with over 6000 light bulbs at this iconic Vancouver outdoor rink.
When: December 1 – February 28 // Open daily: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday
5. Stuart Park // 1414 Water Street, Kelowna
This popular ice skating rink in Downtown Kelowna features Christmas trees and waterfront views of Okanagan Lake.
When: Opens December 1 - late February // Open daily: 6 a.m. - 11 p.m, weather permitting
Rentals: $4.50 for adults and $3.75 for kids
6. Olympic Plaza // 4144 Village Stroll, Whistler
Located right in Whistler Village and beside the Olympic Rings, you can enjoy skating under the Christmas lights and seeing the mountains surround you.
When: Typically from early December to late March
Rentals: $5.00 fee for rentals
7. Outdoor Oval // Prince George
This beautiful natural rink is a speed skating facility with a 400 metre long track.

8. City Centre Park // Langford
At City Centre Park, the ice river connects the outdoor skate pond and the indoor ice rink, so you can skate freely between the two areas. After skating, you can warm up at one of the fire pits.
