Vancouver's Capilano Suspension Bridge Is Now A Magical Christmas Wonderland (20 Photos)
Truly a magical place.
The Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is a pretty magical place year-round. One of Vancouver's most popular tourist attractions, it features the epic suspension bridge (built in 1889!) as well as 7 suspended footbridges amidst towering evergreens and views of the incredible forest floor.
The Capilano Suspension Bridge Park will be a truly special sight, turned into a mesmerizing wonderland and filled with thousands of Christmas lights. For 'Canyon Lights', which runs until January 8th, 2017, the suspension bridge, Treetops Adventure, Cliffwalk, the rainforest, and canyon will all be covered with beautiful lights - don't miss your chance to see the forest all aglow.
Recapture the feeling of being a child again and let the forest enchant you. The event will also feature an interactive lighting display, called Fireflies, in the rainforest. Using flashlights, attendees can 'awaken' waves of lights that glimmer in the trees like fireflies.
