While we very rarely are treated to a white Christmas, Vancouver is the best place to be for the holidays. It's a little chilly outside but you can still walk around to enjoy the sparkling holiday lights without dying. This year, there's a new holiday event that's going to be the most adorable addition to your holiday bucket list. Vancouver's cat cafe inspired by Totoro is going to have movie nights where you can cuddle with kitties while watching your favourite holiday movies.

Imagine having a warm cat in your lap while you catch up on the classic holiday movies that you love to watch every year.

This year, you can watch movies like Will Ferrell's hilarious Elf and Jim Carrey's The Grinch

While not technically a Christmas movie, they're going to be playing Miyazaki's My Neighbor Totoro.

This is a must-see for anyone who loves Catoro because the aesthetic of the movie inspired the design of the cafe.

There are a few other fun holiday events going on at Catoro in December, too.

You can join in a board game and trivia night, too. It might be hard because if I know anything about cats they are definitely going to walk across the game board at some point.

It's just in their nature.

Plus, they'll have a craft night where you can DIY your own Christmas ornament and a cute cat life drawing class where you can hone your artistic skills.

Catoro is an incredible place where cats are fostered and you can spend time with them before they find their forever home.

It's a spectacular bubble tea cafe where cats roam freely, making it one of the top places to check out on your next trip to Vancouver.

Last month, Catoro offered all-you-can-drink bubble tea where you could fill up on your favourite boba flavours for super cheap.

Now that the holidays are approaching, the cat forest is set to be more magical than ever.
