Spring showers have us dreaming of warm, summer days already! This summer, the Chilliwack Sunflower Festival will be blooming in full-force and you definitely want to join in the party. This is only the second year that Vancouverites have had their own Sunflower festival so if you didn't get a chance to go last year, make sure you put this on your summer bucket list for 2019! This year will be full of new surprises and things to see so you won't want to miss out. The festival is full of photo ops and you can even pick your own sunflowers from the u-pick field. Imagine bringing home an armful of giant sunny yellow flowers! It's impossible to be in a bad mood surrounded by these big, goofy and beautiful flowers. It's almost like an Instagram pop-up inspired by sunflowers! From swing sets and sunflower stands to tractors and windmills, no matter what kind of photos you want to take you'll be able to do it here! You could spend all afternoon here picking sunflowers, eating ice cream, getting lost in the tall fields and hanging out with your friends. If you’ve ever experienced one you know the struggles associated with them. Anyone who has magical cures or suggestions to ease the pain send them my way. Natural. Not natural. I’m not picky!
