If you thought that nothing could be more cheesy than the Queso Fundito at La Mezcaleria or the Mac n' Cheese Sticks at Black and Blue, well you thought wrong. Because a cozy little Korean restaurant on in Coquitlam is serving up a mean (and humongous) plate of Korean cheese fondue to satisfy all your cheesy dreams.\nLocated at C-1046 Austin Ave in a low-key strip mall, Tabom re-opened earlier this year and is offering its hungry guests the most delicious plate of spicy Korean stir-fry with molten cheese fondue, steamed egg, and sweet corn on the side. If you're not drooling already, you must be insane.\nvia @simon_65\nvia @_janc_\nYou can get their Hot Plate cheese fondue with your choice of spicy chicken, pork, beef or octopus as the main the centre, or you can get their Tabom Signature which is more like a Korean hot pot. You can choose from a steaming hot spicy crab, kimchi and sausage, or fish cake stew. I'm literally salivating all over my laptop as I'm describing this to you right now.\nIf you decide to get their Hot Plate, we defs recommend ordering it with rice. The servers will come around towards the end of your meal and slather a hefty helping of rice on the hot plate so you can wash down your meal with some flavourful crispy fried rice.\nBut the yumminess doesn't stop there. Flip over a few pages in their menu and you will see the BAAM! Chicken under the Delicacies section of the menu. The BAAM! Chicken is a platter of fried chicken, fries, cheese sticks and fried rice-cakes - talk about the most delicious heart attack of your life.\nvia @theskinnyfatass\nHave you ever seen anything so beautiful??? 🤤🤤 Order this with a watermelon soda and you've died and gone to heaven.\nEnough of me talking about how delicious it is, go visit them now and get yourself a steaming hot plate of Korean cheese fondue!\nA post shared by @ayelle_eats on Jul 29, 2017 at 11:47am PDT\nTabom is located at C-1046 Austin Ave and is open Monday to Saturday 11:30AM to 12AM, and Sunday 11:30AM to 10:30PM.
