They're a small farm with 60 varieties of lavender and they grow gorgeous purple stuff on over two acres of land. Everything here is kept small and made in-house. The plants are propagated at the farm, grown, harvested, dried and processed all at Sacred Mountain.\nThen, they finally distil the processed lavender into essential oils that they use to create spa products and lavender treats! You can get soaps, massage oils, teas, chocolates and more all made with their farm-grown lavender. You can feel good about buying local here and it's amazing to see exactly where your stuff comes from!\n\n View this post on Instagram This place 💜 (and if only you can hear all the bumble bees!) #bzz #lavenderfields #saltspringisland #sacredmountainlavender #lavender #gulfislands A post shared by shirley lam (@shirleyklam) on Jul 16, 2016 at 5:29pm PDT\n\n View this post on Instagram Throwback to a couple weeks ago when I went on a spontaneous day trip to Salt Spring Island and wandered through this dreamy lavender field.
