Canadians are preparing for winter once again. While some people love the snow and cold, others want nothing more than to escape it. Luckily, there are some great Canadian flight deals that not only get snowbirds away from winter but take them to some of the warmest places on Earth.\nTravel booking site Kayak has done the research, and they have found nine of the warmest places that Canadians can fly to for under $700 (at the median round trip airfare) this winter.\nOne of the lowest airfares that canucks can get is to Ponta Delgada, Portugal. The median round trip airfare to this sunny destination is only $396.\nOf course, the area leading with the most tropical destinations is the Caribbean. The list includes spots in the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, and the Cayman Islands.\nYou can also escape the winter weather to Kingston, Jamaica for just $648. Or indulge in the sand and sun in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago for $642.\nThese prices reflect travel dates taken between December 21 to March 20, so there's plenty of time to take advantage of these hot travel deals.\nThis window also conveniently includes Christmas break, reading week for post-secondary schools, and March break.\nView this post on Instagram @hotelbooq • • • • • "Live your beliefs and you can turn the world around. It's your vacation after all!\nView this post on Instagram I love two varieties of schools. (Both the fish and the people kind.) 😂 I’m so grateful to live on an island where I can celebrate both! Monday through Friday are for my students, but Saturday and Sunday are strictly for the fish. 🐠 I’ll just keep swimming through this week until I get back to my friends in the water.
