Why You Need To Go: There are several reports of people staying in room 202 and seeing the ghost of a lady. It is said she died in the room and now haunts the hotel.


James Bay Inn

Why You Need To Go: It is said the ghost of Emily Carr, a Canadian artist and writer, died within the hotel and haunts guests. 


HI Ottawa Jail

Why You Need To Go: You can sleep in a jail cell at this haunted former prison. Be warned, this hostel is listed by Lonely Planet as one of the spookiest buildings in the world!


Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac

Why You Need To Go: There is a high amount of paranormal activity reported at this hotel. Guests claim they have seen the ghost of Louis des Buade, the 17th-century Governor General, and a woman in white lurking in the shadows.


Fairmont Hotel Vancouver

Why You Need To Go: If you stay at this hotel, you might see a ghost known as the Lady in Red. She is said to haunt the first and 14th floors, plus the elevators.


The Algonquin Resort: St. Andrews By-The-Sea

Why You Need To Go: This hotel is said to be the most haunted spot in New Brunswick, being home to several ghosts.


Windermere House
