Summertime is almost here and with it comes the sunshine and sweltering heat! There are many ways we can cool down in the summertime but nothing quite compares to a hidden swimming hole. If you're looking for a refreshing day trip from Toronto you should travel to Flesherton, Ontario to find what they call the 'Grey County's best-kept secret' which is Hogg's Falls. The scenic Hogg's Falls Loop is just a short 1.4 km hike that will lead you to this hidden waterfall swimming hole! It's open during the summer and winter months and is honestly just as breathtaking covered in fluffy snow and ice. When you hike down the 1.4 km trail you'll discover the rushing waterfall and a path with a rope leading down to the bottom where a refreshing pool of water awaits! Hogg's Falls is located in Grey County which actually has 10 different waterfalls to visit, one of the most popular being Eugenia Falls. You can also access the infamous Bruce Trail from the Hogg's Falls loop if you want to extend your hiking adventure and see some bright blue waters! Hogg's Falls isn't very big, only 25 metres in height but it's perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot summers day and it's a great spot to explore and appreciate the great province of Ontario. The trail to the falls sometimes floods due to rain in the summer so make sure you check for updates on the Grey County website before heading out on your trip! View this post on Instagram I left Southern Ontario 10 years ago, and apparently it used that time to transform into an exotic delight (same). 🇨🇦💃🏼 Now, please direct your attention to my @prana pants. ↯ I think it’s hilarious when people pretend an ad is not an ad, so we will not be doing that today. I’m going to lay out my actual experience with these babies. ↬ After wearing these leggings chasing waterfalls (which involved falling down brutally, doing mediocre yoga poses for photos, and sitting in a puddle) I fell asleep in these and THEN wore them on my flight home. They’re that comfy. They feel like a soft, lower body womb that stretches aggressively, yet hides my cellulite. They dry immediately, and hide stains (though I only tested blood, dirt, and puddle). They are made with organic cotton, hemp, and I will assume sorcery. They have pockets on the butt which I find flattering AND useful. I put my passport in them, and sometimes snacks. They pass the ‘bend-over’ test. (👏🏻). The entire @prana line prioritizes sustainably sourced and recycled materials, which helps protect and preserve this earth I love exploring. They also treat their workers fairly - this shouldn’t be a differentiator, but it is. A big one. If you are also interested in nice bums, responsible construction, and comfort: these are the ‘lena’ pant, and they’re on sale. Plus use PSJCS18 to save 15%. They only come in @g.i._jenna green rn, but I’m hoping they make black. If you have a color preference, lmk. I know a guy 😏 #summerofPrAna #sponsored #leggingsarepants A post shared by ↟Jenna.
