Road 13 Vineyard in Oliver, B.C. is the place to be if you want to feel like you're in the Scottish highlands while sipping your vino. Western Canada is filled with beauty. Road 13 was voted as the best winery in all of Canada in 2018, says Global News. The winery is located between the towns of Oliver and Osoyoos, right in the heart of Okanagan Valley.
