It is about four hours from Vancouver and one of the most magnificent spots to enjoy the sunshine.\nIt is away from all the big crowds you'd find at more popular swimming holes, so you can swim without worrying about people bumping into you.\nThe woodland pool is part of the Englishman River and has crystal-clear blue water. But that isn't all; there is a suspension bridge here too.\nThe pedestrian bridge will let you enjoy a birds-eye view of the water below your feet. Or you could use it to capture a photo of your friends swimming directly below.\nGetting to the bridge and natural pool is super easy too. You can park on either side of the bridge, and you'll be there in a few steps.\nThere is even a handy bathroom next to one of the parking lots so you can easily change into your bathing suit.\nView this post on Instagram Beautiful scene in Parksville today 🌲 #islandlife #pnw #vancouverisland #explorebc #topbridge #suspensionbridge #happy #fun #spring #quarantine #parksville #englishmanriver #river #swim #swam #swum #lovemylife #outdooradventures A post shared by 🖤 | jess the feminist | 🖤 (@jkropps) on Apr 21, 2020 at 8:32pm PDT\nSome sections of the water are rather deep, and you'll see people cliff jumping off the rocky ledges.
