You Need To Visit This Haunted Farm In Ontario With Six Completely Terrifying Haunts
If you're someone who loves scary sh*t, then get ready. It seems like all haunted events in Ontario happen on a farm, but we're not complaining. That means we get corn mazes, hay rides, and more. And if you love Halloween for the scary events like I do, then you're in for a treat!
Fear Farm, which is located in Bright between Kitchener and Hamilton, is self-proclaimed as the 'biggest and best haunt in the region'. But after seeing all that they have to offer, I would have to agree. Located on an 100 acre farm, these 6 haunts will make you want to cry.
Fear Farm consists of 6 haunts, which are of the following:
- Hiller House
- The Stalking Dead
- The Hayride
- Hillbilly Hike
- The Visitors
From their website, it seems as though all of the above consist of haunted houses, haunted hayrides, hikes, and things to do with zombies, clowns, and aliens. How fun does all of that sound?! I mean, unless you can't even watch a scary movie commercial. Then... sorry!
Fear Farm is one event this Halloween season that you cannot miss. It is a 5 hour drive from Ottawa, 1 hour drive from Hamilton, 3 and a half hour drive from Kingston and 1 and a half hour drive from Toronto.
Maybe you're not really into scary things but your friends are dragging you along, don't worry! They have a ton of food and drink trucks that will make you happy you came. They have options from a beer tent, to a bakery, to poutine, candy bar, and even a grilled cheese tent. I mean, if you feel your anxiety rising, the best way to calm it is with some delicious food, right?
Fear Farm season starts from September 28th and goes until October 28th, but they're only open on weekends. Their hours also differ depending on the weekend. For more information on location, where to buy tickets, and of course the haunts, visit their website here.
