Calling all surfers and beach bums! Sombrio Beach offers some of the best surfing on the southern side of Vancouver Island. The trailhead to the beach is located around Kilometre 29 of the Juan de Fuca Marine Trail. Hikers can also enjoy exploring the trails around the beach and campers can enjoy wilderness camping at the designated areas.
