You Can Eat A Massive Triple-Stacked Burger At This New North Atlanta Brewpub Opening Tomorrow
You'll need a bib for this one.
Everyone loves a good, juicy burger. Especially when that burger is so massive, you have to come up with a full on strategy to fit it in your mouth. The all-new Atlanta burger place is opening tomorrow and you can get your hands on a massive greasy masterpiece that you can barely fit your hands around.
Butcher & Brew, a super popular America gastropub established in downtown Alpharetta in 2016, is expanding to Halcyon Forsyth and it opens tomorrow. The 3,000-square-foot space is expecting to attract a real crowd with their made-from-scratch eats and rotating selection of housemade craft beers on tap.
Among these scrumptious treats is the Frankenstein Burger, a massive secret menu item stacked high with three beef patties, bacon, loads of cheese, smoked pork shoulder, caramelized onions, a fried egg and plenty of sauce, bringing you the messy, greasy meal of your dreams. Calories don't count here, so go all out and pair this bad boy with the parmesan truffle fries topped with a mound of freshly grated cheese.
Wash it all down with one of their 20 unique rotating craft beers like the Superstition Peanut Butter Jelly Crime (a mead aged on peanuts and blueberry juice) or the Boulder Chocolate Shake (brewed with chocolate wheat and cacao nibs).
If this monstrous burger seems a bit much for your stomach to handle, you can opt for smaller portions like the spicy mango wings or "The Santi" made with braised beef, pickle, grilled onion, Swiss and American cheese, "Mojo Slaw," mustard and garlic aioli.
As always, save room for the cheesecake bars or ice cream sandwiches because dessert is a must.
The Halcyon, a brand-new mixed-use development that opened last month, is gradually opening up new spots for food, drink, shopping and entertainment, including this. For more loaded food in the city, check out this new with saucy seafood concoctions.
