If you've spent time in Savannah, you know there are some spots you must check out when you visit. Of course, you have to explore Forsyth Park, go on a riverboat cruise and walk around River Street, which features probably the most well-known candy shop in Savannah, known as River Street Sweets. Now you finally don't have to drive all the way there just to get a taste of what it offers. This store is coming to The Battery Atlanta, and it will join all of your other favorite shops and restaurants nearby. The grand opening is going to take place on Friday, February 7, which means you'll be able to purchase sweet treats in no time at all. All of the candy shop's most famous items are going to be sold at this location, including the world-famous pralines, chocolate loggerheads and gelato. You'll also get the chance to choose candy from the huge, colorful walls that contain classic treats and new sweets that you may have never tried before. While River Street Sweets has expanded into other Georgia locations before, this one is going to be much bigger than its other stores located in the Mall of Georgia and the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
