One thing that Texans definitely don't get the joy of experiencing in the spring is being able to walk among rows of blooming cherry blossom trees. The stunning seasonal tree blooms the most incredible light pink flowers during the early spring/late winter, so this is the adequate time for Austin's Lucky Robot Japanese Kitchen's cherry blossom installation to return.

Lucky Robot Japanese Kitchen is a delightful Japanese restaurant that lies on the ever-popular South Congress. The foodie spot has a deep respect for Japan's culture.

According to Austin360, The floral pop-up display will be ready for all to enjoy starting on a March 11. The installation may last until May since that is what it did last year.

Lucky Robot wanted to bring a piece of the beautiful Asian country to Austin in more than just food, so last year, the owner decided to bring in an amazing and giant flower display inside of the restaurant for all local Austinites and visitors to admire.

The hand-strung artificial blooms weigh in at around 550 pounds! The sakura will be strung up across the walls and ceilings, to imitate the long branches of the tree that hang over people as they pass by.

Come in for a tasty bite to eat or something to sip on while you admire all the hard work and culture that went into the stunning art piece.

The sakura won't be the only eye-candy in the spot, because the dishes are just as gorgeous and colorful to look at!

Lucky Robot is proud to serve its delicious meals with only fresh locally sourced ingredients and sustainable fish.

During last years installation, the restaurant created a special limited-time cherry blossom themed menu for guests to enjoy, so we hope those delightful treats will return again once more.

Be sure to show off your Austin pride this season and stop by the local Lucky Robot Japanese Kitchen to take some beautiful spring photos and have a tasty meal paired with some sake.
