There are tons of festivals ready to happen in the DFW area this year, but let's be honest, the ones that matter most to us are the food ones. If you also let your stomach be your guide when choosing a festival to attend, you cannot miss this one. Dallas D-Town Food Fest returns this March with over 60 different food vendors and it promises to be the paradise that every Texan foodie is waiting for. The D-Town Food Festival is happening on April 18, 2020. The venue is going to be City Hall Plaza, the same place where the 2019 fest took place. If you attend, you will be entering foodie heaven. They will be showcasing delicious food options from over 60 local restaurants, eateries, cafes, and food trucks. A day full of yummy treats and drinks. Outside of food and beverages, there will be plenty of fun with games and contests for all ages, and live music from the best local bands. The lineup is yet TBA, so keep checking their social media platforms for updates. This festival is all things surrounding food and will stretch over 8 hours. This year's admission ticket price is TBA, but last year was only $5. Kids under the age of 8 enter for free. View this post on Instagram D-Town Food Fest is only a few Days away. This is an excellent opportunity for you and your friends to take in everything the Dallas' foodie scene has to offer. From sweet to savory, there's something for every taste. As happened last year, the admission ticket does not include the food, so make sure to bring cash to pay to each vendor. Most of them will also accept card payments. Still have some room for more... but I guess it can wait until the next adventure #dallas #dallasfoodfest #eatmore #FOOD #friends #2019adventures A post shared by Sarah Swords (@sswords15) on Apr 20, 2019 at 6:53pm PDT Since it's going to take place in an outdoor venue, you are more than welcome to bring chairs or blankets to have a picnic with all the tasty food options. No coolers will be allowed, though. Since this is a family-friendly, children will have entertainment appropriate to their age. That way, parents will also be able to enjoy the fest. In case you are looking for other mouthwatering foodie experiences in Texas, you can attend an elote festival in San Antonio this March, or get a 100 lb baked potato at this insane Houston spot.
