The best part of the summer is getting out and going on adventures, and indulging in all of the tastiest ice creams. While admiring and exploring Keewaydin Island, you can get the sweetest treats from a pink ice cream boat. Just off the coast of Naples lives Keewaydin Island, a barrier island oasis with some of the most stunning views you can find. You'll have to take a boat to get there - but getting there is totally worth it. If you have a boat, you will have to launch off a nearby boat ramp and navigate to the island; if you don't own a boat or simply don't trust your own navigational skills, you can take a ferry. A boat ride there will take you about 30 minutes, enjoy all that Florida Sunshine on the way. Once there, you'll be greeted with stunning turquoise hues sparkling against Keewaydin's white sandy beaches, and of course In The Pink, the pink ice cream boat. She's always serving up smilies, one straight from her own face, the other on yours after you take a bite of ice cream on this gorgeous Florida barrier island. Her husband came up with the idea behind this cute little ice cream boat. She's not always parked on the Island, but when she's not, she's moving around between Marco Island and Naples in her little pink pontoon boat looking for people in need of an ice cream treat. Of course, you're coming here for the views and to enjoy nature; venture off to the other side of the island. You'll find long stretches of sandy beach perfect for shelling, swimming, and snorkeling - or you can just sink your toes into the white sands and layout in the sunshine, all with your ice cream in hand.
