If you love Middle Eastern food, you'd probably agree there's nothing quite like fresh pita and hummus. Of all the popular Mediterranean restaurants in Atlanta, Pita Mediterranean Street Food has gained lots of love for its fresh and flavorful selection of authentic cultural cuisine. Pita's presence will soon expand to three new locations across Georgia. With more than 30 locations throughout the the Southeast, the 25 and more Georgia locations have fans lining up to dig into authentic creations made fresh daily. According to What Now Atlanta, Georgia foodies can look forward to all new Pita Street Food spots in Dacula, Cumming and Carrollton, all slated to open as early as this month. There are countless ways to indulge in all the yumminess, with over 25 options on the menu. You can choose from street pitas, platters, rice bowls and salads filled with fresh falafel, shawarma, gyro, kabob, seafood or veggies. The famous fries with crumbled feta and tahihi can complement any meal. You can even get them "loaded" with thinly sliced gyro meat. Additionally, there are six types of housemade hummus and spreads, all perfect for pairing with warm pita bread as a side or app. It may be easy to stuff your belly full of the savory mesh of flavors, but you might want to save a bit of room for dessert.
