Penelope Tibeaux-Tinker Toothsome is the founder of the emporium. She and her ever-faithful robot assistant Jacques can be found wandering the restaurant and interacting with guests.
The Emporium is divided into three parts. Upon entering, guests can explore a variety of freshly made and prepacked candies, steampunk merch, and one-of-a-kind Toothsome memorabilia.
The opposite side is where guests can order up those beautiful craft milkshakes and sundaes, and then proceed to the dining hall to take a look at the meal menu. It even looks like a chocolate factory fit for Willy Wonka himself!
