This Is What Las Vegas' New 850 Million Dollar Hotel Will Look Like
It's one of the first of its kind in Sin City.
With new businesses consistently being built in Sin City, standing out from the crowd can seem a bit daunting. Back in May, a developer named Lorenzo Doumani got approval to build an 850 million dollar hotel, Majestic Las Vegas. With construction commencing in May 2020, the company has released photos of what we can expect the hotel to look like when it's finished.
This new luxury hotel will be a first in Las Vegas. The non-gaming and non-smoking resort sits on six acres of land right across from the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Only two blocks away from the Strip, the hotel will stand 620-feet tall and have over 700 suites, six freestanding restaurants, sky suites, and a medical wellness spa and fitness facility.
The project will begin construction in May 2020 and is set to be completed sometime in 2023.
The exterior of the plaza exudes the ritzy charm of many high-rise hotels on the Strip. The clean and modern design looks like something out of the future.
Inside the plaza, there are many seated sitting areas and an inground fountain that shoots up water. Here, you can enjoy the shade and stop at one of the six restaurants. They will serve a variety of cuisines from around the world.
With 50 cabanas and a stage for live entertainment, the pool area seems like the highlight of the hotel. Turkish coffee, tablets, and international newspapers will also be available.
The med spa and fitness facility has a timeless design. Guests will be able to enjoy a variety of full-service treatments and therapy sessions.
It'll offer guests a luxury vacation that involves health and wellness instead of what traditional hotels offer: gambling.
