Anyone who has been to Nashville has most likely fallen in love with its lively music scene and endless entertainment. Its popularity continues to grow and with more residents comes more fun things to do in Nashville. This brand new development opening this fall is basically a mini city and it will create thousands of jobs.\nNashville Yards is a new massive mixed-used development currently in the works and parts of it are set to open up in late 2020. The 17-acre community will completely transform the heart of downtown Nashville and we're all for it being the next hot spot to hang.\nNot only will this new entertainment hub include lots of awesome retail, dining and drinking options, it's expected to create over 15,000 jobs for Nashvillians (hello, economic growth). The development will have an annual economic impact of $2 billion.\nThe urban community will offer high-end hotels (including the Grand Hyatt), a four-acre entertainment district and concert venue, tons of walkable green space and open plazas, a 1.3-acre park, an entertainment club, a movie theater and more.\nThere will also be 90,000-square-feet of office space (again, hello economy growth) which will eventually house Amazon's first office tower, slated to open mid-2021.\nNashville Yards | Stones River Group\nNeedless to say, it's basically a mini Nashville inside Nashville with everything you could ever want and more.\nAccording to an inside source with Nashville Yards, the first part of the development to be completed will be the 591-room, 25-floor Grand Hyatt, which is expected to open in in fall 2020.\nNashville Yards | Stones River Group\nOpening dates for additional parts of the community have not yet been released, but Narcity will provide additional details when possible.\nView this post on Instagram We’re excited to bring a new community to #DowntownNashville, and we’re looking forward to a bright future here in #MusicCity.
