State Senator Calls Trump A "Biblical Savior" And Floridians Can't Handle It
Mike Pompeo believes Trump was possibly sent to do God's Work.
You either love him, hate him - or REALLY hate him, but State Senator Mike Pompeo seems to love him. He made an appearance on the Christian Broadcasting Network recently and made a statement that some people are considering extremely bold. He said that he believes Donald Trump might have been sent to us to do God's Work, and people are going insane over the comment.
During the interview Mike Pompeo is asked by interviewer Chris Mitchell, “could it be that President Trump right now has been sort of raised for such a time as this, just like Queen Esther, to help save the Jewish people from the Iranian menace?”
In response, Mike Pompeo boldly declares, "as a Christian, I certainly believe that’s possible. I am confident that the Lord is at work here.” A lot of people couldn't believe what they were hearing - did he really just say that? He sure did, and now Floridians, known for their outspoken nature, have been blowing up social media with their opinions.
A comment from one Floridian asks for the separation of religion and state:
In a post made by Vice shared on Facebook, the comments section is still exploding with angry Floridians objecting to Mike Pompeo's words. While some people are loving it, others don't care, and then you have the majority: many commenters going as far as to call Trump the Anti-Christ or the bringer of the apocalypse.
