This is a very affordable and sustainable lifestyle that will not damage the environment.
The smart homes will feature rooftop solar panels, EV charger, a smart thermostat, and a boat slip in some of the homes.
If you're interested in purchasing one of the homes you'll need to join a waitlist and then you'll be asked to make a refundable deposit. After, you'll be contacted to see the home and project. The price of a smart home starts at $400,000. The good thing is that you'll be saving a lot of money on electric bills. And, it's very unlikely you'll lose power during severe storm weather as these homes store energy.
Pearl Homes has four home designs that include furniture, appliances, and media. Homeowners will be able to rent their homes for short-term stays.
Besides providing clean, affordable, and reliable energy in Florida's Gulf Coast, Pearl Homes will feature a two-car garage that will include options for a pool or elevator and a third-floor Skydeck above the main living area will feature a tempered glass railing lining the stairs.
The homes will also have an office that can turn into a guest room. Its efficiency and multi-space use are what every homeowner needs. They are expected to be open and ready for moving in in April.
