Being a Texan may mean you have an undying love for the San Antonio Spurs. Last night was Star Wars Night, an epic night dedicated to the series that brings with it costumes, fun, and, most importantly, the force. Last night, Baby Yoda's Spurs game appearance was easily the highlight of the entire thing, but who was dressed up as him was completely unexpected!

Knowing that the Spurs would have to face off against the Brooklyn Nets last night called for some serious backup.

And, if you've seen a single episode of The Mandalorian, you know there's no better being to have on your side than Baby Yoda.

Spurs' mascot, The Coyote, must've felt inspired because the next thing anyone knew he was in full Baby Yoda costume.

We never thought we'd see the day!

As seen above, The Coyote looks like he's straight out of The Mandalorian, completely decked out in Spurs gear.

He even has that look in his eyes, you know the one.

If you still weren't convinced The Mandalorian was worth your time then hopefully this has done the trick.

Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker finally made its way to theatres last night, so whoever planned Star Wars Night for the Spurs knew what they were doing.

The Coyote's adoration towards Baby Yoda certainly didn't start last night.

We've gotten bits and pieces of content similar to last night's almost a week ago, some serious foreshadowing if I do say so myself.

The force was strong, with this one. And, as a result, the entire team!

That's right, the Spurs took home a win against the Nets, 118 - 105 Spurs.

We're hoping for nothing but wins for the rest of the season, but we'll just have to wait and see what else the team has up their sleeves.

At least this time there was no beef on the court!

Just sweet, innocent, Baby Yoda. And much more Star Wars content!
