Don't let those summer days drift away, opt for some outdoor fun instead. These Colorado hikes will make you wish it was summer already. There's no better time than now to start planning your next vacation.\nHanging Lake\nDifficulty: Moderate\nLength: Approx. 1.2 miles\nAddress: 110 Wulfsohn Rd., Glenwood Springs, CO\nWhy you need to go: This alpine blue lake sits 1,000 feet above the forest floor.\nView this post on Instagram Hi everyone, I have some exciting news! Two months ago, I submitted my photo of Hanging Lake to be in the Denver International Airport’s “My Colorado” exhibit in hopes of being a chosen finalist. Yesterday, I found out that out of 4,500 photographers, my photo was chosen to be 1 of the 35 photos displayed for this exhibit! My Colorado is an upcoming photography exhibit at DEN capturing Colorado’s past, present and future. This exhibit will be a two-part exhibit with an overall duration of approximately two years. The first and primary location will be on Concourse A, just beyond the bridge security checkpoint, from October 2019 through March 2020. Thereafter, the exhibit will be relocated to different locations on Concourses A and B through early 2021. My Colorado will be experienced by approximately 180,000 travelers daily. I’m beyond excited for the news I received yesterday and I can’t wait to meet the other photographers that were chosen for this exhibit! The exhibit will be getting installed on October 15th/16th. For more updates, head on over to DEN’s Instagram @denairport !
