Haunted houses will soon be popping up all around the state, but there's a new way to feed your fever dreams on the horizon. This all-newis a drive-thru experience offering a creative twist on the classic scare-fests full of mask-wearing monsters lurking in the shadows.
Beginning on October 16 through Halloween, you can pull-up to the abandoned North Dekalb Mall lot for the jump scares of your dreams (or should we say nightmares?) at the only drive-thru!
What can thrill-seekers expect?
With immersive Halloween stations throughout your ride, this spooky experience ought to make' antics seem like . Live actors make up the dream "scream" team, creating a hyper-realistic adventure for all the brave souls out there.
"We have been working with top production companies for all of our installations," Cassie Pope, Marketing Manager for The Haunted Highway, tells Narcity. "Upon guest arrival, they will be directed by traffic attendants to pull into the scenes where they will then put the car in park and turn off the lights," she continues.
The 30 to 40-minute interactive themed scenes, including Candy Land, Dead Man's Shed, and the Skeleton House, are completely contactless. You and your friends will stay in your car with the windows up in total darkness for.
