Bring out your denim shorts and dust off your walking shoes because Watauga fest is back this from May 16 to the 19 at Capp Smith Park. The four-day event will have everything you could possibly want in a festival including food trucks, games, rides, and live music.\nThe free event will start with a carnival on Thursday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The carnival will continue throughout the weekend and will be joined by the best local food trucks in town. At the food trucks, you will be able to get all your festival favorites including funnel cakes and deep friend cake pops. This being the main day of the festival, you will also be able to take a stroll on the grounds and shop for jewelry, art and much more in their artisan center. The show features the coolest cars and motorcycles from around the metroplex.
