Houston Zoo's 21+ Event This March Will Let You Hang With Wildlife After Dark
Who needs those giant zoo crowds?
Have you ever gone to the zoo and wondered what it would be like to pull a Night At The Museum and spend the night there? You'd get to hang with all the animals, including the nocturnal ones, minus all the crowds which honestly sounds perfect. You don't need to sneak in to hang out with the coolest wildlife because the Houston Zoo's After Dark adults-only event is letting you hang with all the animals at night this spring.
is hosting one of their After Dark parties on March 27, and this night's event is themed "Animals Up Close!"
This means you'll get super up close and personal with a selection of wild animals. There will even be feedings of different animals, including huge Komodo dragons.
Besides the animal feedings, "After Dark" will have plenty of animal interactions like exclusive Keeper Talks and different enrichment activities.
The event starts at 6 p.m. and goes until 10 p.m. and tickets are $29.95.
To kick off the late-night, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. everyone can explore the zoo, ride the carousel and hang with the Komodo dragons.
After all of the animal fun, there will be a really cool dueling piano concert from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
This 21+ event will have a bar and food available that you can sip and snack on while watching the live dueling piano performance by Fun Pianos!
t is definitely a memorable experience that you'll probably want to document. There will be a roaming photo booth that's perfect for capturing the moment.
Everyone knows the party doesn't start until late, and the 21+ late-night event is a really fun way to party with the zoo animals!
