This Dreamy Florida State Park Is Offering Beginner-Friendly Free Yoga Sessions Next Month

The best way to align your chakras after a particularly stressful time is to escape from the regular hustle and bustle of life to take a walk through nature, or yoga — Flow Space is combining these things together with a Free Yoga Session at the Devil's Millhopper State Park.
Every first Saturday of the month, you can find peace with a free yoga session with park admission to one of the most gorgeous state park's in Florida — The Devil's Millhopper; admission is super cheap too, it's only $4 per vehicle or $2 for bikes and pedestrians.
Grab your yoga mat, water bottle, bug spray, and a towel and get ready to start the dynamic flow class at 10 a.m. — they recommend showing up at least 10 minutes early so everyone can get set up and started right at 10 o'clock. The next event will be on Saturday, Sept. 7.
The class will be covering beginner-friendly seated, standing, supine and prone poses. If you happen to be more advanced, optional moves may be added in just for you, depending on the overall skill level of the group.
