Calling all dog lovers! If you've been thinking about adding a new furry friend to your home, we've found something you may want to check out. Did you know you that you can go on a hike with adoptable dogs in Los Angeles?

It's a great way to bond with your future fur baby or give back.

The Original Dog Rescue Hike is in West Hollywood; it's a non-profit organization that helps adorable dogs get a loving home.

For $38 per person, you can "rent" a dog for the afternoon and take them on a supervised group hike in Runyon Canyon. Tickets are available here through Airbnb experiences.

Up to twenty people can come on one hike, and there will be plenty of refreshing drinks provided when you need to cool down.

Since the entire excursion lasts for two hours, you'll also have a reasonable amount of time to get to know the doggos. Hikers aged twelve and up are welcome to join; current pets must be left at home.

Guidelines for the event were created with the World Animal Protection organization, so it's not only fun but safe for the animals too.

Throughout the hike, staff photograph the animals in the scenic locations. Getting cute, happy photos, and getting them outside helps publicize their adoption cases.

Would you look at this smile? We'd bet anything he's a 10/10 good boy.

So, whether you're looking to adopt or not, it's all for a good cause. All of the proceeds go towards funding the animal's care.

Along the way, you'll also get to experience magnificent views and maybe even a celebrity sighting. After all, this is Hollywood *winks.*

Whether you're a local or just visiting, there are plenty of fun things to do in the area. It all depends on what you want to explore.

Who knows? You might meet the doggy love of your life.

While you're in Los Angeles, there are several other places and events you should check out.

You can go down a giant glass slide above LA, order ice cream that weighs 25 pounds, or grab a group of your BFFs to try out an Atlantis-themed escape room.
