The San Antonio River Walk is one of the most iconic locations in the world. Tourists from all over visit every day to take in the gorgeous river and its surroundings. This November, San Antonio residents and non-residents alike will have one more reason to visit the river walk, no matter how many times they've already been. A massive holiday parade is coming to town and it's going to warm our hearts in every way imaginable.

On Friday, November 29, the Ford Holiday River Parade is gracing our city once again and it's going to be more beautiful than ever. This year's theme is "Texas Music Christmas," which means cowboy boots and hats will be present. The list of Texan artists as well as floats at the parade is extremely lengthy, which we're more than grateful for.

River parades are not uncommon in Texas, but we know this one is going to be extra special. Flaco Jimemez, Patricia Vonne,  Al Gomez, and Albert Garcia are just some of the many artists that are going to be at the parade. Some have won awards, and others have made notable contributions to our society. A few accomplishments are listed in their brief bios on the website, where you can also purchase tickets.

Free seating is also available for the parade, pretty good no matter where you are, and chances are you're near a delicious restaurant on the river walk. People are allowed to start getting seated at 5 p.m. and the festivities go from 6 to 9 p.m. No matter how cold it is come November, you'll catch hundreds of people on the river walk anxiously awaiting this amazing event.
