Back in 1842, there was quite the tension between the Texan and Mexican armies. Turns out, there's a chunk of land in San Antonio where a deadly battle between them took place, and only a small inn named the Victoria's Black Swan Inn remains. Hall "Park" Street, the previous owner of the inn, hung himself in the inn after his wife passed away. Then, his deceased wife's mother died of natural causes in the inn as well.

It's very likely that their spirits remain, as reports of paranormal sightings have been consistently high in the inn. If that is the case and their ghosts are wandering the halls, then Victoria's Black Swan Inn is extremely haunted.

Street's death wasn't pretty - although it seemed to be a suicide, there was talk of it being a murder for some time. After investigating, the police officially ruled it a suicide and the case was closed...though Street may still have a thing or two to say about that. The inn is absolutely gorgeous but during your ghost hunting visit, you can't forget that what happened in the past is quite the opposite of beautiful.

Visitors at the inn have reported strange presences, caught glimpses of spooky figures and heard unexplainable sounds. There are so many frightening stories from the people who have taken a tour here, are you brave enough to visit?

Nowadays Victoria's Black Swan Inn offers nighttime tours of the property, and now guests have the chance to spend the night! This spooky opportunity is called a "Slumber Not Party" because let's be real, you'll be too terrified to actually slumber. There's a 10 person minimum requirement and it's $50 per person, or as few people as you'd like can spend $500 to spend the night. But hey, the more the merrier!

Check-in is from 8:30 to 9 PM and check-out the next morning (if you survive) is at 8 AM. Be sure to stay together... you never know what could happen! The cemetery out front is certainly a tad off-putting.
