Do you remember when smashing things to bits in an actual rage room to have some drunken-fun or destress, was a thing? In Washington, you can do the same but with axes! There's an ax-throwing bar in Seattle and it's the most Pacific Northwest way to blow off some steam.\nAptly called the Axe Kickers, this White Center venue has made it a sport to throw hatchets in a bowling alley-like setting.\nYou can reserve a single lane at $28 per person for 1.5 hours. Each alley comes with two targets and fits 10 people at a time. If your group has over 15 people, it'll only cost you $25 per head.\nWhether you're throwing a party for your Sasquatch-loving friend, helping someone (or yourself) get over an ex or vent about a boss, this is the sport you'll want to play.\nOpen to people of all ages, you'll get instructions on how to throw at this spot.\nTwo people compete at a time, earning points for sticking the blade in the target. The highest scorer wins.\nIf you're wondering if you'll be able to wield one, they have small, medium, and large-sized choppers to choose from.\nYou can even join a league there if you find yourself getting good at it. It's much like your baseball one, but with tomahawks.\nView this post on Instagram Throwing axes with the Wood Shop BBQ Crew! Make sure to wear close-toed shoes before you get there though.\nAll that target practice can work up quite the appetite, so you're allowed to bring in whatever food you'd like for free!\nYou can even order pizza, get an Uber Eats delivery or bring your Crock-Pot and lay out a spread on the many tables in the arena.\nView this post on Instagram Girls night! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #blonde #happy #weekend #selfie #washington #pnw #seattle #washingtonstate #axethrowing #girlsnight #smile #candid #ladies #love A post shared by Taylor (@tictoctatertot91) on Jul 6, 2019 at 9:38pm PDT\nWhile they serve drinks like tea, Gatorade, soda, and Lacroix for a couple of bucks, you can also bring your own beer, wine or bubbly for a $10 banquet permit.\nAll we can say is ready your flannel outfits and get ready to kick some axe! Who knows? You might actually have a hidden talent for it.\nIf you're into this kind of fun, how about going back in time to this arcade bar in Emerald City? It has over 50 pinball games.\nView this post on Instagram Should Chris and I be worried that we both had the same idea for our axes?🤔 Also, is that my “tough” face?!...Yikes A post shared by Sydney Baker (@sydney_bkr) on Jul 25, 2019 at 11:19pm PDT\nAxe Throwers\nPrice: $28 per person \nTime: Monday 2 p.m. to 11 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.\nAddress: 10843 1st Ave S, Seattle, WA\nWhy You Need To Go: You can blow off some steam by throwing axes at this BYOB spot.\nWebsite\n\n\nWe strongly advise that before you visit any location, you check the most recent updates on potential hazards, security, and closures.
