We solemnly swear we’re up to no good. As in, we're guilty of putting up our Christmas trees already. This year, the Wizarding World will transform into a magical Christmas wonderland at Universal Studios in California.

You can experience Christmas in Diagon Alley and celebrate the wonderful holiday spirit at Hogsmeade. The entire park will be decked out in colorful seasonal decorations and will feature themed food, costumed characters, and lively music filling the air.

Christmas in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter runs from November 28 - December 29. Both wizards and muggles alike can take part in the festivities and drink the newly hot butterbeer served in the quaint streets of Hogsmeade.

If you’re hungry, there are also themed meals served from the movie series. Themed areas are covered in Christmas decor at each cheerful storefront.

Inside the gift shops, you can purchase fun themed merchandise and get yourself a souvenir like a personalized wand. It’s the perfect place to grab those last-minute gifts for your family and friends. We’re all procrastinating shoppers.

Besides the fun decor, there is also an acapella Frog Choir, composed of wizard students and their magical creatures. It’s certainly a sight to see!

The end of the day is our favorite part of the park at the Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle. The entire school lights up in a fantastic display of lights and projections are set to musical scores featured in the Harry Potter films.

You can watch the show nightly at 5:40 pm,  6 pm, 6:30 pm, and 7:00 pm. The times vary by night.

Last year, Universal Studios also began their first-ever snow flurry fall. So, you can expect to see a truly wintry wonderland. Make sure to take plenty of pics!

This is the perfect place to bring your BFFs or go on a cute Potter fan date with your significant other.
