California is full of hidden gems and surprises. When you think you've seen them all, another one pops up. Did you know you can go bowling 'under the sea' at this ocean-themed restaurant in California? Uncle Buck's Fishbowl and Grill is an aquamarine adventure that makes you feel like you're inside a massive fish tank.

As soon as you step inside, you'll see hand-painted ocean murals and large fish hanging from the ceiling.

Take a look around and make sure to take it all in. There isn't a part of the interior that isn't covered in underwater scenery.

Twelve wooden dock bowling lanes are decked out in astounding detail, featuring sharks, stingrays, and sea turtles.

Who's ready for a game?

To make things even more fun, you can play with custom bowling balls that look like an octopus, mermaids, and other sea creatures.

Bowling prices are $32 per lane on weekdays and $37 on weekends for an hour of playing time. Shoe rental is $4.25 per person.

Guests can play by walk-in only and since it's so popular, the wait time can often take a few hours. Make sure to call ahead before you visit.

Either way, it's definitely worth the visit. If this bowling alley isn't total vacay goals, we don't know what is.

There's even a fun, island-themed bar with a large aquarium and plenty of beautiful fish you can watch swimming around. Grab a neon-colored fishbowl cocktail and watch the scenery. It's mesmerizing!

The restaurant looks like a fancy yacht club. Don't worry - it's not expensive. Prices range from $6.50 for a bowl of New England clam chowder soup to $14.00 for a western bbq burger.

You can choose from a full menu of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and pizza too. All of the options look delicious so come ready to eat and drink your fill.

If you're not a California local, don't worry, there are plenty of other locations you can visit. Uncle Buck's has twelve restaurants across the country. So, you can check and see if there's one close to you.

It's time to go bowling in an under-the-sea paradise!

While you're in the area, you should also check out these giant mimosas you can order that are larger than your head. Who doesn't want to take a selfie with a really big cocktail?
