We love that the warmer weather entices buds to bloom and how flower fields burst with color. If you're wondering how to hop into spring, then you should visit Utah's tulip festival. Don't you want to stop and smell the roses?

The Tulip Festival at Ashton Gardens will feature over 300,000 blooms and 15 themed gardens for you to wander and swoon over the colorful flowers.

This floral fest is set to take place between April 10 to May 2 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Online tickets cost $20 per adult or $25 at the door.

Since this is a popular event, all tickets have a specific time entry slot. You'll then have the day to explore the 55-acre gardens.

There's even a surprise in store for guests this year. To celebrate Thanksgiving Point Tulip's 25th Anniversary, they've created a new strain of tulip!

This beauty will be on display at the following locations: the creek garden between the third and fourth bridge, the fragrance garden, and outside the light of the world garden.

You can also expect to find food truck vendors, concession stands, and the Trellis Café dishing out some yummy, seasonal fare.

If you love all things floral, then you might be interested in a $39 VIP ticket. It includes admission to the fest (no timed entry), VIP parking, a souvenir tote bag, a commemorative pin and cup, and a voucher for one tulip julep drink (yum).

If you happen to pop by the learning garden, you'll learn about how tulips grow after being cut.

How cool is that?

After, you'll be able to take home your own freshly cut blooms.

This is a great place to celebrate all things nature, warm, and colorful. Grab your BFF and prepare for a flower-filled day!
