I am very aware that my lifestyle looks like an absolute dream on here. And don’t get me wrong, it certainly feels like a dream a lot of the times. I wake up with sincere gratitude for the abundance in my life every single morning. But, as with any other job, there’s a lot of hardship behind the scenes that is difficult to portray on here. Travelling as frequently as I have this year has left me both tired and exhilarated. Finding an entire day with space for myself feels like a rare hard-to-find luxury. Now that we are so close to the end of the year, I see the repercussions - both the good and the bad - more clearly than ever. I find an incredible amount of meaning in the way my life flows. The challenges that present themselves at a daily just as the joys and wins I experience fulfil me in the best way possible. My body and soul feel depleted from the constant go, go, go. I have never felt more loved by the beautiful people who I connected with in real life through this platform. ⁣ And with all these and I’m sure many more incoherent rambled thoughts in mind, here are some lessons I take away from another stunningly beautiful, challenging and heartwarming year. ⁣ 1. Community first. Find your loved ones, cherish them, spoil them, call them, let them take care of you. ⁣I’m posting super late today, cause I called my mom for an hour. 🙈 2. Include mindfulness in your life. Whether that comes from meditation, simple breathing exercises to sports, explore it and practise it — every day.⁣ 3. Sleep more. ⁣ 4. Trust your gut and say no when it doesn’t feel right - both personally and professionally. ⁣ 5. Embrace the challenges, learn from them, move on. ⁣ ⁣ Much love to all of you.
