Big Bend Scenic Byway 

Address: U.S. 98 Between Apalachicola and Newport

Why You Need To Go: This coastal trail will take you through quaint Florida beach towns and pretty vistas of the Gulf of Mexico. 

Scenic Highway 30A 

The Route: SR 30A In Walton County 

Why You Need To Go: One of the state's more popular scenic routes, State Road 30A runs along the Gulf Of Mexico, giving you a scenic view of coastal dune lakes along the coastline.

Florida Keys Scenic Highway/Overseas Highway

The Route: U.S. 1 Between Key Largo and Key West

Why You Need To Go: This scenic highway will take you on a beautiful cruise through the Florida Keys, which includes the spectacular Overseas Highway. 

Tamiami Trail

The Route: U.S. 41 Between Tampa and Miami 

Why You Need To Go: The original route between Tampa Bay and South Florida, the Tamiami Trail takes you past old Florida towns and the heart of the Everglades. 

State Road A1A 

The Route: SR A1A between Jacksonville and Miami 

Why You Need To Go: This route hugs the state's Atlantic coastline and passes by an array of Florida treasures such as historic St. Augustine, the Space Coast, and South Beach.
