While many people assume the higher the elevation you are, the better your views will be, that's not always true. Sometimes, all you need to find incredible views is to go out and find a swinging bridge in an Oklahoma state park. Look no further, because traveling far enough to the east of the Sooner State will bring you to a park with an incredible hiking trail full of surprises.\nGreenleaf State Park is home to the Ankle Express Hiking Trail, which leads you to their famous swinging bridge.\nThe bridge is over a gorgeous lake and nearby a massive, flourishing forest.\nBefore reaching the swinging bridge, you'll hike for a while through the nearby forest and get a great workout in.\nYou can even bring your adorable pup with you so that they can experience all of the awesome Oklahoma views as well.\nIf you're feeling too tired to go home after a day of exploration, there are cabins and campgrounds in the park to spend the night at.\nThis place really does have it all for an avid adventurer.\nView this post on Instagram Went for a hike in eastern Oklahoma.
