While most of America is probably at home self-isolating, finding the coolest spots to visit as soon as this is over might put a little excitement back into your life. Searching for those hidden gem spots can be difficult, but worth it in the end. This secret hike in South Carolina has twin waterfalls that you would never know were there. The Twin Falls trail is located in Sunset, South Carolina, which is just a little north of Greenville. It's one of the easiest waterfalls to get to in the entire state, not to mention, this spot doesn't see much foot traffic. The hike round trip is only 0.7-miles with barely any elevation at all. Taking the Lower trail, it'll lead visitors to the bottom of the falls. With the hike being so short, the adventure to the actual falls should only take about 20 minutes, which is nice on those steaming hot days. Visitors can make little detours off the trail to stick their feet in the water to give them a little taste of what's to come when they get to the waterfalls. The left waterfall is 75-feet tall and falls over a huge rock slab and the right one slides down the rocks at a 45-degree angle. There's an overlook when you get to the base of the falls that'll give amazing views. The rocks around the waterfalls are slippery, so those who want to explore the falls more need to be extra cautious.
