Just in case you haven't realized yet, this is the world's last holiday season with Schitt's Creek still on the air. The show is currently on its last hiatus before it's season 6 premiere in January but fans just got a little extra present under their tree from the cast: a video. Dan Levy's Schitt's Creek Christmas video is just a reminder of how much the show is going to be missed.

Without warning, Levy uploaded an entire interview with character David Rose and fiance Patrick Brewer.

The couple discusses all of their favourite...and not so favourite traditions about the Christmas season.

Sitting on a bed in the Rosebud Motel David brings his usual Boujee charm and says, "It's not that I don't like Christmas...it's more like Christmas imagery that I find disturbing."

Patrick is also in perfect character. He reacts to his fiance in annoyance, "You just have some strong opinions on like Christmas traditions."

The two go on to discuss everything from Santa Claus to their time in Christmas pageants where David flaunts that he once played the role of "muir" in the nativity scene.

You can watch the full video below.

Schitt's Creek was recently nominated for 4 separate Emmy awards but unfortunately didn't come up on top.

Now the cast will get all dolled up again as they take the carpet at the Screen Actors Guild Awards where they're nominated for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series, and Catherine O'Hara for Outstanding Female Performance in a Comedy Series.

You can catch the Screen Actors Guild Awards on January 19 at 8:00 pm EST.

Schitt's Creek returns to CBC on January 7, 2020
